In Tricopter configuration, you need to provide power to the R/C servo. The Lynxmotion Quadrino Nano Servo Power Wiring Harness the power from one of the remaining motor controller (ESC) to the servo connection. Just insert the pins in the right location and you will have power to the Tricopter Yaw servo connector.
